Fallow & Co Ltd, a search, selection and HR services business was founded in 2003. Directors, Paula Fallowfield and Naomi Scoffham, offer a career portfolio spanning over twenty years’ within the HR sector in a variety of organisations. Their primary focus is on senior level recruitment within the luxury brand and luxury retail sector. With clients across the Fashion, Home, Beauty and Lifestyle sectors they recruit across many fields including, but not limited to, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Sales, Wholesale, and HR.
Paula brings to the table over 20 years working within the HR and Search industry spanning healthcare, hospitality and luxury retail. Paula began her working career in the US prior to moving to the UK to work at Harrods Ltd., where she became Deputy Director of HR within this recognized luxury retailer. Following nine successful years at Harrods she left in 2003 to undertake this new venture.
Naomi has spent over fifteen years working within the luxury retail sector, initially operating within sales and retail management roles in a variety of London department stores, before moving over to the HR side of the industry in 1996, and gaining her CIPD qualification. With experience spanning recruitment, training, and graduate programme management, Naomi latterly managed the Recruitment function at Harrods, with responsibility for all recruitment activity across selling and support disciplines, and specific accountability for all senior level search and selection.
It is Paula and Naomi’s shared passion for effective and service led recruitment strategies, as well as their well balanced skill set, which makes for a very successful partnership. Their philosophy being that in order to continue to prosper in today’s competitive environment you must take a creative and more personalised approach to staffing and human resource solutions.
